Brad was awesome to work with as we live out of state and Brad facilitated for us to purchase a set of tires and set up an appointment for my elderly mother who lives in the area. I don’t very often submit reviews, but the Bemidji MN location deserves high recognition for knowledge, service quality, and integrity. Highly accommodating. This includes sales, mechanics, customer service, and management. 5 ++ stars all the way without question!!!

After several visits for urgent tractor tire repair, it's very clear that the staff is committed to great customer service. They do everything possible, as soon as possible, to get me back in the field. As a custom operator, down time is very costly. Nice to have a business that's not just sales and puts customer service at the top of their list. And it shows.
