We were traveling from Michigan and needed a trailer tire. They had what we needed and while installing the tire noticed that the hubs were not tight enough. They tightened both sides and we were on the road. Excellent service!

I would like to let your company know that you have some of the best gentlemen working for your company! I had a screw pierce my tire and ended up with a flat tire. When I called the minot store, a little after 4pm I asked if they would have time to fix it eve though it was late in the day. Kent said yes, no problem. I had my car towed in and they got to it right away and was done before 530! All the guys were super kind and understanding in a moment of time I needed help. I am forever grateful and I will definitely be back for other services as well as recommend your store to anyone I can. Thank you so much for the best experience! Your store rocks! I was shown a set of Toyo snow tires for my 2022 Honda Civic. The car was worthless on anything but dry pavement. The $500 investment in these snow tires has been nothing short of amazing. Best price I could find and a 5 star product as well as service. I have never noticed such a difference in the way the car handles on snow and ice. I will be back for another ser!!!!

Pulled in on a trip to Medora having had to get two jump starts already that morning. The guys at NW Express came right out and tested my battery finding less than 300CCA on the load test. They checked my VIN to be sure they had the correct battery - they did - and within 20 minutes they had a tech working on the removal. In under one hour from testing. I was paying for the repairs and was on my way again. The guys at NW E were fast, professional funny, and so helpful. Thank you guys.
