I just did another of my frequent trips to NW Tire East for a somewhat emergency tire problem on a trailer I use for business. As expected, I received first class service, notably from Craig at the front counter. He even pitched in and did some of the shop work to get me back to work. An administrator getting dirty and providing unheard of customer service, that just does not happen often. In my past stops its been for a variety of mechanical work, new tires, etc. and Mike at the counter has been similarly helpful. For example, recently I needed new tires on a work truck and was passing through Bismarck (I live out of town) on a Saturday. It was running late in the day but Mike said come in we'll make it work. Come on, another example of unheard of customer service. Craig and Mike need a shout out for going above and beyond. You get all of my business, my family's and I pass on to friends, go to NW Tire East. Everyone that has, always responds with the same comment after, "now that's customer service.

Great customer service! I was traveling through Bowman on the first day of a vacation. About 30 miles out I had an issue with a camper tire. I put on my spare alongside the road. I called ahead to ask if they had time to replace a valve stem. They said they could squeeze me in. Fast & courteous repair. I chose to call NW Tire because my niece raves about the great customer service at the Minot location. Thanks to the crew at Bowman for keeping me rolling down the road!

Got a flat on the interstate. I got my car to this location. They had to replace all 4 tires. The team was polite, respectful, and efficient. I was back on the road in just over an hour. Hats off to them!
