Great customer service! I was traveling through Bowman on the first day of a vacation. About 30 miles out I had an issue with a camper tire. I put on my spare alongside the road. I called ahead to ask if they had time to replace a valve stem. They said they could squeeze me in. Fast & courteous repair. I chose to call NW Tire because my niece raves about the great customer service at the Minot location. Thanks to the crew at Bowman for keeping me rolling down the road!

Got a flat on the interstate. I got my car to this location. They had to replace all 4 tires. The team was polite, respectful, and efficient. I was back on the road in just over an hour. Hats off to them!

1700 miles away from home and our tire goes slack!!!!! Found our way to NWTire…….what a lifesaver! Within 1 hour the tire was repaired and we were on our way! They earned our 5 star rating and gratitude as well! Thank you!

Had a flat tire on the way to Minot, stopped by NW tire at lunch time, Cameron came right out and grabbed the flat tire and checked on a replacement. I had a Dr. appt so said I would be back. Asked if they could mount the new tire on the pickup when I got back. He said sure. They mounted the tire and even put the spare tire back in the carrier. Thanks you guys 3/4/24
